§ 37.04. APPLICATION.

The various ordinances of the city are subject to enforcement through the Ordinance Violations Bureau and shall include, but not be limited to, the Traffic Code, §§ 155.01 through 155.23, the City Zoning Ordinance, §§ 54.01 through 54.12, and the regulations controlling certain environmental impacts from land disturbing activities ordinance. The Building Inspector, his or her designees, members of the Fire Department designated by the Fire Chief, all sworn police officers, the Engineering Director (City Engineer) or his or her designee, as well as other officials of the city shall have the authority to issue violation notices pursuant to this code, as provided for herein.
