§ 37.07. CITY OFFICIAL DISCRETION.

If, in the discretion of the city official citing a violation scheduled herein, the citing will not cause the cessation of the violation, then the official may, instead of proceeding under this chapter, refer the matter to the City Attorney for proceeding under § 10.99.
