§ 95.35. EXCAVATIONS OR WORK IN RIGHT-OF-WAY RESTRICTED.

No person shall perform any work, excavate, dig, remove, plant or place any objects in the streets, highways, alleys, or public grounds of the city without first obtaining a permit from the city.
