§ 95.40. PERMIT APPROVAL AND ISSUANCE.

Upon the filing of the application and bond, the City Engineer or his or her representative shall approve the application by endorsing his or her approval thereon. The application shall be forwarded to the Clerk-Treasurer, who shall issue the permit to the applicant.
