§ 51.37. RATES FOR USERS OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.

The charges fixed in this subchapter shall apply to lots, parcels of real estate and buildings located within the limits of the city. For service rendered by the sewage treatment works to lots, parcels of real estate or buildings located outside the limits of the city, the rates and charges, including minimum charges, shall be 150% of those rates and charges established herein. All other provisions set out herein shall be applicable to users located outside the city limits.
