The owner of the property, or his or her licensed and bonded agent, shall make application on a form provided by the City Engineer or his or her representative. The application shall be accompanied by plans, sketches, specifications, or other information considered pertinent, in the judgment of the City Engineer or his or her representative. A sewer permit is valid for one year. A waiver of remonstrance to annexation is required for any sewer permit outside the city’s corporate limits.
