An inspection fee of $100 shall be paid with the filing of the application to expose, repair, abandon, construct, disconnect, clean, alter, plug or disturb any public or private sanitary sewer main or service, or any appurtenance thereto, that is located outside of the building being served. This fee is in addition to any municipal inspection fees required for new construction of mains. All inspection fees shall be paid to the Water Reclamation Operating Fund.
