§ 51.07. CONTENT OF DISCHARGE INFORMATION.

The city may require users of the treatment works, other than residential users, to supply pertinent information on wastewater flows characteristics. The measurements, tests and analyses shall be made at the user’s expense. If made by the city, an appropriate charge shall be assessed to the user by the city.
