§ 52.064. REPORTS OF CHANGED CONDITIONS.

  • (A) Each user must notify the city of any planned significant changes to the user’s operations or system which might alter the nature, quality or volume of its wastewater at least 60 days before the change.
    (B) The Authority may require the user to submit any information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under § 52.042.
    (C) The Authority may issue a wastewater discharge permit under § 52.040 or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under § 52.044 in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.
    (D) For purposes of this requirement, significant changes include, but are not limited to, flow increase of 20% or greater, and the discharge of any previously unreported pollutants.
