§ 52.088. INSPECTION PROCEDURES.

The Authority shall have the right to visit and/or inspect a user’s facility as many times as necessary to track compliance schedule activities, verify changes in discharge or processes, maintain a regulatory presence or scrutinize user facilities with discharges most likely to impact the POTW. Advance notice by letter or telephone shall be given to the user of the impending inspection, except in case of demand inspections which are conducted as a result of spill, accidental discharge, surveillance sampling or other extraordinary events.
