§ 53.99. PENALTY.

The Public Works Director and/or his or her designee shall have the authority to enforce violations of any provisions of this chapter. Violations of any provisions of this chapter are subject to a $50 fine per occurrence, per day and are enforced through the City Ordinance Violations Bureau.
