§ 55.20. GENERAL.

(A) The purpose to this subchapter is to provide for the adequate control of stormwater runoff so that certain natural resources are preserved and the quality of the water and the health, safety and welfare of the residents is not compromised.
(B) Any new development, or construction, addition or renovation requiring a building permit from the city, shall provide stormwater runoff controls as provided herein. Appropriate reference shall be made to the latest revision of the Specifications and Standards for Acceptance of Municipal Improvements for specific requirements.
