§ 70.03. ACCIDENT AND VIOLATION RECORDS.

The Police Department shall maintain a standard system of filing traffic accident reports by location and shall maintain suitable files and records showing the type and numbers of traffic accidents, and the arrests and warnings issued to traffic law violators.
