§ 70.05. POLICE TO REPORT ACCIDENTS.

(A) Every police officer who, in the regular course of duty, investigates a traffic accident, shall make a full and complete report of the investigation on a standard accident report form where the total property damage is to the apparent extent of $750 or more.
(B) All accident reports shall be for the confidential use of the Police Department.
