§ 71.11. STOP AT STOP SIGN.

  • A person who drives a vehicle shall come to a complete stop at an intersection where a stop sign is erected. After stopping, the driver shall proceed cautiously through the intersection, yielding to pedestrians and/or vehicles not required to stop or otherwise have the right-of-way.
