§ 71.20. LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF PASSENGERS ON MOTORCYCLES.

  • (A) In addition to the person who operates a motorcycle that has only two wheels in contact with the ground or pavement, one person may be carried on the motorcycle. A passenger may be carried only on a firmly attached and regular seat designed for passenger use.
    (B) A person may not drive, operate, or ride as a passenger on a motorcycle that has only two wheels in contact with the ground or pavement in a position other than astride the seat or saddle provided.
