§ 71.34. VIOLATIONS; FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Any person who violates his or her written promise to appear given to an officer upon arrest for any traffic violation is guilty of a misdemeanor, regardless of the disposition of the charge for which he or she was originally arrested.
