§ 72.23. PARKING METER SPACES.

(A) The Board of Public Works shall have lines or appropriate markings painted upon the curb or street adjacent to each parking meter outlining and designating the parking meter zone or space for which the meter is to be used, and each vehicle parked adjacent to any parking meter shall be parked within these lines or markings.
(B) No person shall park any vehicle across or without the lines or markings, or park a vehicle in a position that it shall not be entirely within the space designated by the lines or marks.
