§ 72.10. TOWING OF VEHICLES.

When the city Police Department deems necessary, and vehicle may be moved or impounded that is in violation as stated in this chapter. Whenever possible an attempt shall be made to contact the last registered owner of the vehicle prior to the removal of that vehicle. The city Police Department will contact a duty wrecker that is on call for the city at the time of the occurrence. The property owner of the illegally parked vehicle will be responsible for any towing charges and or storage incurred by the violation.
