§ 111.03. TIME RESTRICTIONS.

No person shall keep or operate any billiard, pool, bagatelle or pigeon hole table, or any box ball alley or table under a license issued by the city, or permit any person in the room in which the table or alley is kept or operated between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
