§ 113.02. REQUIREMENTS FOR ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

The owner or operator shall procure all licenses, permits and approvals required by law, and liability insurance complying with financial responsibility laws, including, but not in limitation thereof, a state store license and Fire Chief approval, before applying for a license.
