§ 113.05. APPLICATION OF OTHER RELEVANT LAWS.

The issuing of any license shall not be deemed to be permission to the owner or operator to violate any other ordinance of this city in the operation of the unit, nor shall the issuing of any license hereunder stop the city from enforcing its Zoning Ordinance in the event that the unit shall be operated in a manner that is in violation of any provision thereof.
