§ 114.04. WAIVER.

The Board of Works, upon written request and adequate proof that the transient vendor or itinerant merchant is involved in a charity or a charitable-type business operation, may waive requirements of this chapter or any portion thereof. Parties aggrieved by the failure of the Board of Works to so waive must appeal the decision of the Board of Works pursuant to § 114.08(A)(4).
