§ 116.03. LICENSE APPLICATION.

Any person operating a taxicab service shall submit the name under which the business shall be carried on at the time of application for a license, and must operate under the name only. The applicant must be the bonafide owner of each vehicle for which he or she applies for a taxicab license, and the name of the applicant owning and operating the vehicle shall be registered with the Clerk-Treasurer together with the automobile license number, description, make and model of the vehicle and the record of inspections. This record shall be available for public inspection at any reasonable time.
