§ 130.99. PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) A person who violates § 130.11 shall be guilty of an infraction, punishable by:
(a) A fine not exceeding $100 for a first violation.
(b) A fine not exceeding $200 for a second violation within one year.
(c) A fine not exceeding $300 for each additional violation within one year.
(2) Each day on which a violation of § 130.11 occurs shall be considered a separate and distinct violation.
