§ 151.03. PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY PARKING.

(A) A special permit for the parking of a trailer on occupied dwelling premises shall be secured from the County Health Department within two days after the trailer is first parked. The permit shall be obtained by the owner or lessee of the occupied premises. An owner or lessee shall not be granted more than two special permits in any 12-month period.
(B) The person applying for a permit shall first satisfy the County Health Department that reasonable accommodations for water and toilet facilities have been made available to the occupants of the trailer.
