§ 155.07. USE OF FORMS.

The Building Commissioner shall have the power and authority to prepare and publish forms to be used in the operation of his office and such forms shall have the same force and effect as if a part of this Chapter. The Building Commissioner must have all forms used in the operation of his or her office approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Valparaiso, Indiana, prior to the use of such forms.
