§ 155.15. TEMPORARY CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY.

The Building Commissioner may issue a temporary certificate of occupancy after the building or structure is fully completed and ready for occupancy and provided further that such building, structure, and/or site in conformity with the provisions of this chapter and all other pertinent sections. A request for a temporary certificate of occupancy shall be submitted on a form prepared by the Building Commissioner and assessed the fee established in § 150.05.
