§ 156.01. ADOPTION OF STATE STATUTES.

I.C. 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28, as amended, are hereby adopted by reference as the City of Valparaiso Unsafe Building and Premises Law. That law and the provisions of this chapter shall govern all proceedings within the city for the inspection, repair and removal of unsafe buildings and/or premises. In the event that provisions of this chapter and I.C. 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28 conflict, the provisions of the state statute shall control.
