§ 156.06. STANDARDS FOR RECONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, REPAIR, DEMOLITION.

  • (A) All work for the reconstruction, alteration, repair, or demolition of any building, structure and/or premises shall be performed in a good, workmanlike manner, according to acceptable standards and practices in the trade.
    (B) The provisions of the rules, regulations and statutes pertaining to construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and one and two-family dwellings obligated by the Fire Prevention and building Safety Commission shall be accepted standard and acceptable practice for all matters covered by this chapter or orders issued pursuant to this chapter by the Enforcement Authority.
