§ 50.04. TAMPERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS PROHIBITED.

(A) No person, except members of the fire department in case of a fire or during a regular test or trial of the Fire Department, shall, without the written authority of the General Manager of Water Works, open any fire hydrant or remove any cap or caps from the same.
(B) No person shall be authorized to use a fire hydrant without first receiving proper training from a person authorized by the Department of Water Works to conduct the training.
