§ 52.003. POLICY.

This chapter shall apply to all users of the POTW. The chapter provides for the regulation of discharges into the city’s wastewater treatment system through the issuance of industrial wastewater discharge permits, the execution of special agreements, and the enforcement of administrative regulations.
