§ 71.05. CITY SPEED ZONES; SCHOOL ZONES; CITY TICKETS.

Exceeding a city established and posted speed zone limit or a posted school zone limit of 20 miles per hour, either as established by the Board of Public Works and Safety, is a violation of this code that may be enforced with a city ticket.
