§ 71.06. PLAY STREETS.

Whenever the Board of Public Works declares any street or part thereof a play street, and appropriate signs or devices have been erected indicating and helping to protect the same, no person shall drive a vehicle upon the play street or portion thereof except drivers of vehicles having business or whose residences are in the closed area, and then each driver shall exercise the greatest care driving therein.
