§ 110.02. LICENSE FEE AND ISSUANCE.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to license under his or her hand, attested by the Clerk-Treasurer under the seal of the city, any person to hold or conduct an auction sale upon receipt of $50 for each and every day the auction sale is held or conducted.
