§ 117.02. LICENSE REQUIRED.

Each building, room or hall within the city used for plays, theaters, shows or exhibitions for public entertainment, at which an admittance fee is charged, and every skating rink or dance hall shall be licensed according to the provisions of this chapter. However, §§ 117.03 through 117.05 shall not apply to any church or school building within the city.
