§ 117.03. LICENSE APPLICATION.

The owner, manager or lessee of any building, hall or room, in order to obtain a license thereon, shall pay the required license fee and present a particular description in writing of the building, hall or room to the Clerk-Treasurer, and the Clerk-Treasurer may then issue to the applicant a license. The license shall contain a particular description of the building, hall or room on which it is granted, and the starting and expiration of the license. The license shall be signed by the Mayor and countersigned by the Clerk-Treasurer.
