§ 117.04. LICENSE FEE; PERIOD.

(A) The license fee for each skating rink, or for each building, hall or room in the city wherein any play, theater, show or exhibition is given shall be $25 per year. The license fee for a dance hall shall be $50 per year.

(B) No license issued under this chapter shall be granted for a shorter period than one year.
