§ 130.04. FIREWORKS PROHIBITED.

(A) No person shall sell, offer for sale, shoot or set off any firecrackers, bombs or fireworks of any nature in the city.
(B) Division (A) above shall not apply to licensed and supervised display of fireworks. Any person desiring to have a licensed display of fireworks shall comply with the following requirements:
(1) Obtain a permit from the Chief of the Fire Department;
(2) The permit must be signed by the State Fire Marshal; and
(3) The display must be under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department.
