§ 130.05. SHOOTING OF FIREARMS PROHIBITED; DISCHARGE OF BOW AND ARROW RESTRICTED.

(A) No person shall discharge any pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun or firearm of any type within the city. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any police officer while in the discharge of his or her police duty.
(B) No person shall discharge any bow and arrow or other type of instrument used to facilitate the projection of any object, in any manner so as to endanger the safety or the property of others within the city limits.
